No More Skybus For Me


Jumaat, flight ke Kota Bharu jam 9.15malam. Aku, mySis & Dikna bajet naik bas dari KL Sentral ke LCCT, kalau boleh amik trip pukul 7.30pm. Kalau ikut kebiasan, naik bas 7.30pm insyaAllah dalam pukul 8.30 boleh sampai dah.. Managed to reach KL Sentral before 7.30pm, naik Skybus yang dah ada kat bus station tu, which was already 80% occupied. So, tunggulah bas tu nak jalan..


Punyalah aku tunggu.. 7.30 tak jugak jalan2.. 7.35 pun tak jalan... 7.40 pun tak jalan. Kami dah cuak dah.. takut tak sempat sampai LCCT. Then, 7.45pm, bas masih tak jalan.. MySis tanya, "Bila nak jalan ni?".. The Skybus people kata, "Nak jalan dah ni kak..". Fine. Selang 3 minit, kakak aku tanya lagi "Pukul berapa nak jalan?"... Budak tu boleh jawab "Tak tau lagi kak. Driver kita hilang. Tak tau dia pergi mana".

Boleh???



Aku & mySis dah hangin dah. Kitorang terus turun dari bas. Plan B: take ERL to LCCT. Dapat tiket ERL dari KL Sentral - Salak Tinggi. Kemudian dari Salak Tinggi ke LCCT, kena naik feeder bus. Tapi.. aduhai... yang memandunya pakcik yang sangat sopan santun dan berhemat.. akhirnya... sampai LCCT..

Tak sempat!!! We missed our flight. Kena tukar ke next flight, 7.45am the next day & kena pay extra for the new ticket. Damn!!

If the bus depart on time, definitely we'll able to be on board before 9pm. Sangat memalukan sebenarnya for them, membawa imej dan brand AirAsia. Tak pasal2, dah bagi bad name untuk AirAsia. Macam kes aku ni, the first impression was a bad one.

Pernah jugak kawan2 aku cerita yang diorang missed flight sebab bad service Skybus ni jugak. Hmm.. Maybe AirAsia should do something about it. As for me, NO MORE SKYBUS!!! I'd rather drive and park my car @LCCT next time.

on the jadual bas at sentral and also on our website (www.skybus.com.my) from sentral, after the 7pm bus, the next bus is at 8pm (not at 7:30pm as you thought); so i'm concerned if our staff did not mention this to you or point it out on the jadual on the platform wall . did this incident take place on friday 19th march?

please call us as this issue is of utmost importance to us. or sms your number and we shall call u back.
we value your support and please keep the ticket you bought as it is still valid if not detached.
